SHIPPING TERMS

Our retail web shop orders are currently shipped Tuesday and Thursday, so they should be with you within 48 hours after those days.

Signed for shipping is available for an additional £3.00 per order and can be selected at checkout stage. An order tracking number will be provided with shipping confirmation which will provide tracking information once the parcel has been signed for and delivered for added security.

All orders are currently dispatched via Royal Mail If you have any questions about your order please feel free to get in touch by emailing wholesale@cooperstradingcompany.com

Costs will vary over time in line with Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY

Our coffee is kept at a consistently high level through time, dedication and passion for the product. However, if you receive a bag of coffee and it doesn’t taste right please send it back to us. Let us know if you want a refund or replacement sent out.

If we have made a mistake, we are only human afterall, email details and we will sort this out asap.

PRIVACY

We like to think of ourselves as a trustworthy lot, and have gone through all that GDPR shenanigans - we take your privacy seriously. We promise to never share or sell your personal information, even if we know how!

You can scroll around our Coopers website without giving us any of your personal details. However, if you decide to buy some of our tasty coffee or any equipment from our web shop, enter a competition or sign up to our newsletter, then you will need to provide some personal details.

When you buy something from our web shop your payment will be handled by Stripe, so we will not be able to see the full details of how you have chosen to make your payment. We will have access to your name, address and email address so that we can send you the products that you have bought, or get in touch if we require further information from you.

Our email newsletter is a great way for us to share with you all of the exciting stories, events, competitions and general Coopers related things that happen at our little HQ and any crazy stuff we are up to or believe you would be interested in.

You can of course unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link. Any problems please get in contact via: contact form

If at any point we provide links to external websites, we ask you to remember that we are not responsible for any of the content or for the protection of any personal information given whilst visiting these sites.

☕ Coffee Course Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any coffee course provided by Coopers Coffee, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Course Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment.

  • Payment must be made via our website or bank transfer if arranged..

  • Prices are listed in £ and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We will arrange a date/time to suit both parties

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Student cancellations:

    • Cancellations more than 5 working days before the course start date: Full refund or free rescheduling.

    • Cancellations within 5 days: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling.

    • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refund. No Rescheduling (or purchase again and schedule in a new course).

  • Provider cancellations:

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. trainer illness, low enrolment).

    • A full refund or alternate date will be offered in such cases.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Course Attendance

  • Please arrive a few minutes before the start time, or on time

  • Please message if running late - this will use up course time.

5. Health and Safety

  • You agree to follow all health, safety, and hygiene instructions provided during the course.

  • Let us know in advance if you have allergies, disabilities, or special requirements.

6. Liability

  • Coopers Trading Company LTD is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course unless caused by our negligence.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings during the course.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, and techniques shared are the intellectual property of [Your Business Name].

  • No part of the course may be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Photography and Media

  • We may take photos or videos during courses for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be included.

9. Code of Conduct

  • We promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the course with no refund.
