Peru - Jaen Cajamarca
A beautiful coffee from Peru. A place traditionally thought of as the discounted Latin Americaw with inconsistent quality. However Falcon., who we have sourced this through spend time with farmers and have established great relationships with farmers, improving the processing, operations and technical processes.
The land has prime land for producing great coffees with the high altitude and rich volcanic soil the Andes offer. Alongside the work Falcon do we now have this unteresting and juicy coffee.
Our preferred brew method for this is the V60. Personally best consumed black, however we all have our own preferences!
Espresso wise it will be rich and bring out the vanilla and dark chocolate notes with blueberry juice notes.
